Hi! I'm Ravioli! I have a gentle heart, which fully shines once I open up. I'm a foodie at heart and absolutely LOVE snack time ... especially when I get to eat right out of your hand. Watching my trust grow and confidence bloom is a reward like no other. My affectionate side will melt your heart!

I adore human affection, and I will happily curl up in your lap for cuddles ... or maybe I'll follow you around to make sure you’re paying attention to my irresistible charm. What's my favorite pastime? Why simply being adorable, of course!

Meet Cairo!

Hi! I'm Cairo! I am one sleek, cool cat. I am supurr confident! I enjoy playing with other kitties, and I definitely adore attention from my human friends. (And if you have a licky treat, I will be your bestest friend!) I do show a bit of my wild side when it comes to my toy mice. They stand no chance with that pounce of mine! If there are strange things afoot in the Kitten Room, there is a very strong chance I am behind it. I am a wonderful girl—but you what they say, "girls just want to have fun."

I am bonded with my best friend, Gelato, and we do need to go home together.

Meet Gelato!

Hi! I'm Gelato! I am the sweet girl with the big, green eyes. (And I am as sweet as my name suggests.) I might be a tad shy to start, but once I get to know you I love to hang by your side. Sometimes you may even get a little love bite or two! But don’t worry ... they’re just my way of saying “we’re pals.” Another way I've earned my "chilly" name was from my past, living out in the cold. The tip of my tail had to be removed due to frostbite, but I'm all healed up and ready for my forever family.

I am bonded with my homegirl, Cairo, and we do need to go home together.

Meet Karen!

Hi! I'm Karen! Sure, sometimes I complain ... but I've got a big and funny personality when you get to know me! I love to watch the birdies and chipmunks outside the window.

I'm so ready to move out of the shelter life and into my forever home. The people who take care of me are great, and I like them — and I like people in general — but I just don't like all these other kitties hanging around. It gets a little overwhelming! (And I can be a little moody.) I would like to be a single kitty, in a quiet and loving home without younger kids or dogs. (An experienced cat owner would be best!) I'll be your best buddy!

Come on out to the shelter for our monthly drive-up nail trim event — $5 cat nail trims while you wait in the car. This event is for previous Purrfect Cat Rescue adopters only. (We will still have our regular nail trim event at Thomas’ Tails later this month.)

Skip cooking dinner and leave it to Wendy’s! Join us for a Chow & Meow fundraiser event at Wendy’s in Crystal Lake on Tuesday, May 13. 30% of sales will be donated back to Purrfect Cat Rescue. We will also have a table at the restaurant, selling our homemade cat and dog toys, quilts and blankets, and beds.

Meet Donnie!

Hi! I'm Donnie! I am a strikingly handsome ginger cat. I have a precious heart, and I'm just looking for love. I may be a little shy at first, but I'm full of affection and will show that once I've had time to get to know you. I love shenanigans! I play floor hockey with my toy fishies and tiny mice. I also love to play with my wand toys. To show my appreciation, I might even give you some kisses!

I love cuddling in your lap, and it's the nicest spot for me to have a snooze. I enjoy watching CatTV, and it's a great distraction if you're gone. I am such a good boy and am always on my best behavior. I didn't have the greatest start to life, and I would do best as an only kitty. I really just want to be spoiled by my forever human ... and I will spoil you with love as well.
