Meet Boz!

Hi! I'm Boz! I am a VERY handsome kitty, with the most beautiful golden eyes. I am a loyal, affectionate boy. I love a good cuddle! One of my favorite toys is the laser toy, but I also enjoy the stick toy with feathers on it. I can’t wait to be adopted so I can explore a whole house. (When I was in a foster home, each time the door would open I wanted to get out and look around!)

Meet Luna!

Hi! I'm Luna! I am a gorgeous and regal long-haired kitten, with these beautiful emeralds you would call eyes. My regal look makes me even MORE beautiful! When I perch and look around, I look very serious ... but I am a lot of fun. (Once I get started, there's no stopping my play energy!) I can be quiet and sweet, but I also really like to play with my bonded brother, Boz. (Don't let my smaller size fool you ... I am fierce and feisty!) One of my favorite toys is the laser, but I also enjoy playing and hiding inside the donut tunnel.

We do need to go home together, but you'll get the most regal pair of fluffy babies you ever did meet! Available for adoption now!

Come on out to the shelter for our monthly drive-up nail trim event — $5 cat nail trims while you wait in the car. This event is for previous Purrfect Cat Rescue adopters only. (We will still have our regular nail trim event at Thomas’ Tails later this month.)

Wednesday, June 11 | Chow & Meow Fundraiser at Texas Roadhouse
3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Skip cooking dinner and leave it to Texas Roadhouse! Join us for a Chow & Meow fundraiser event at Texas Roadhouse in Crystal Lake on Tuesday, April 8. 10% of your total food purchase goes to help the cats of Purrfect Cat Rescue. Available for dine-in and to-go orders—just show this flyer at the restaurant to participate. (Use code 6EKLWHG when ordering to-go online.) If you do not mention Purrfect Cat Rescue or show the flyer, we will not get credit for the sale and lose out on the donation.

Friday, June 13 | Kitty BINGO
Spend a fun night out with us at Kitty BINGO to benefit Purrfect Cat Rescue! Simple snacks will be provided. Prizes for winners per round. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Sunday, June 22 | Nail Trims at Thomas’ Tails
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Come on out to Thomas’ Tails in Crystal Lake for our monthly nail trim program — $5 trims for any animal and the proceeds go back to Purrfect Cat Rescue.

Saturday, June 28 | Fundraiser at Crystal Lake Farmers Market
8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Stop on by the Downtown Crystal Lake Farmers Market to fill your Saturday with farm-fresh goodness — a delightful experience filled with local flavors, artisan makers, and vibrant energy. We will have a table at the Farmers Market, selling homemade cat and dog toys, quilts and blankets, and beds.

Meet Frick!

Hi! I'm Frick! I have the face of a kitty who has seen some things. LOL! I am a friendly and playful girl. I enjoy chewing on wand toys, and I'm quite curious about the birdie toy that is chirping in my room. I like to watch the world from high atop my cat tree—like a queen—and looking upon the humans as they walk by.

Hi! I'm Frack! I am a sweet and confident fluffy girl, and I will walk up to you for pets. I will nudge my head against you, making sure you give me all the attention I crave ... and deserve! I enjoy playtime, and will usually hold the ribbon wand toy under my body. I make *you* work for it. LOL! Like my sister, I have the cutest ear tufts ... with whiskers for days!

We are bonded and do need to go home together. We are OK with kids and dogs so we would be the right addition to your family! Available for adoption now!

Meet Aileen!

Hi! I'm Aileen! Just like a supurrhero, I am a sneaky and swift-moving girl. I am always masked and ready to go ... I live incognito. Listen, I'm not saying I'm Batman, I'm just saying you've never seen me *and* Batman in the same room together. I am a shy girl at first, but super sweet with plenty of young kitty energy to offer! I love teaser toys and hiding spots (especially under the cat tree).

My sister, Lizzie, and I are bonded, and we'd love to go home together. We would do best in a quiet and patient home that will give is time to adjust and warm up to a new environment. Us tuxies are already dressed in our best … so bring us home and let’s purrty!

Hi! I'm Lizzie! I am a supurr sweet girl that has worked hard to be more confident. I used to hide ... a lot ... but now I enjoy being a part of the action. I love to play, I love to chill. I have laser focus and excellent pounce form. I can hide in the shadows, then BAM! ... Toys won't even see me coming.

My sister, Aileen, and I are bonded, and we'd love to go home together. We would do best in a quiet and patient home that will give is time to adjust and warm up to a new environment. We are fancy girls, already dressed in our Sunday best … so bring us home and let’s celebrate!

Shelter Closed: Memorial Day

The shelter will be closed on Monday, May 26 for Memorial Day.

We honor and salute those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

We will be back open on Tuesday, May 27 from 5 PM until 8 PM. The kitties will be happy to see you!
